This hotel has a great location right next to Big C mall, making it convenient for shopping. The rooms are spacious and very clean, which I really appreciated. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, the dining options were somewhat lacking, especially for Western cuisines, and I think they could expand their menu.
